Swing Swing

My friend Jia and her son, Shae (13 months) invited us to go to the park to feed the ducks. So we met up with them downtown at Julia Davis one beautiful sunny afternoon. Sadly, our drive into town made my little angel sick and she threw up in her car seat upon arrival. Luckily, Jia had some pants that fit Kylie, so we had some clean clothes to put her in. And after a little fresh air and some walking around, she felt better. But you can see in the pics that although she was having fun, she wasn't feeling too great.

First thing after we got her cleaned up was to hit the swings! It was Ky's first time in the swing and she absolutely LOVED it. She had a big smile and was just staring at Shae and the other kids on the swings. (Too bad the park by my house doesn't have baby swings-Lame!)

Besides being a poor baby, this was so much fun for her and for me too! It's the best feeling in the world seeing your baby happy and laughing!!

It's hard getting a swing moving on video, so sorry in advance that this isn't the best. She was basically looking at them the whole time with the face in the picture directly above. So sweet.

Here's Shae. He's such a big kid already! Quite the walker and talker.While Jia and Shae were off feeding the ducks, Ky and I had fun walking around the park, checking out the crazy geese and just relaxing.
